We’ve moved away from the old monthly subscription model to something much better: a wallet-based system.
Here’s how it works. Instead of paying for a subscription every month, you can now fund your wallet and only pay when you generate a document. No more worrying about unused subscriptions or feeling tied down—just pay for what you need, when you need it.
How to Fund Your Wallet
Funding your wallet is as simple as ABC.
- Log in to your account: Make sure you’re logged in to Mwalimu App.
- Click “Fund My Wallet”: You’ll see this option at the top menu.
- Choose your deposit amount: Decide how much you want to add to your wallet.
- Enter your M-pesa number: Input your payment details.
- Complete the payment: Confirm the payment through your M-pesa account.
- Start generating documents: Your wallet balance updates instantly, and you’re good to go!
I introduced this system to give you more control over how you use Mwalimu App. Whether you need one document or several, the wallet system ensures you only pay for what you use.
